Niantic Jingle 5K Please join us at the scenic McCook Point Beach and Park on Saturday DECEMBER 14th for a scenic, festive, and fast 5K. Walkers welcome!

By participating, you get to experience more than exercise and fresh Connecticut shoreline air. You will be supporting the Brian Dagle Foundation- anchored in hope and empowered to support, is dedicated to the healing of grieving adults as well as community education on su***de prevention and awareness. Mark the date and make the commitment … to having fun … being festive … and, most importantly,

supporting the foundation.

5K Walk & Run will begin at 10:00 am
Race Day Check-in/Registration: 8:45 am - 9:45 am

Painting mandalas provides a pathway to inner harmony and completeness. During Amy’s workshops you will learn about the history of Mandalas and what their purpose is. Amy will take you through a transformative practice of intention setting to find inner balance and awareness as she teaches you the specific techniques for creating dot mandala paintings.
