🦞 That's right! It's everyone's favorite annual event on Saunders Point... The OHC Steak & Lobster Dinner!
A few weeks ago, several OHC volunteers delivered order forms directly into your mailboxes throughout Saunders Point. This email serves as a follow up, and to share a printable PDF copy of the order form (attached) to those members who may not have mailboxes in the neighborhood.
This year's event is scheduled for Saturday, July 29th - RAIN or SHINE. The talented master organizers, Lynn and David Bergeron, and their loyal committee volunteers, Dawn Rodes and Vanessa Vincenti have all been working diligently to plan for our 47th year of this memorable club event.
Please return your order forms early to allow for accuracy in ordering and preparing all that is involved in this event. The deadline for returned order forms is Wednesday, July 19th. Order forms received after the 7/19 deadline will incur a $5.00 late fee per meal.
To our new OHC members, if you have not been to this event before, it is definitely one that you should consider attending. It is a fun evening, with delicious food prepared by many. Invite your friends and family to join you to experience neighborhood collaboration at its best.
• Kick off starts at 5:30 p.m.
• Steamer Appetizers and Kids Meals served at 6:00 p.m.
• Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.
• Live Music is provided by The Paul Lussier Band
Payment via check payable to OHC is required when you order. Please bring or mail this completed form and payment in full to Dave & Lynn Bergeron's house:
54 Saunders Drive, Niantic, CT 06357 by Wednesday, July 19th *. There is a collection box on the front steps.
Pick up tickets at the Ticket Table the evening of the dinner.
