This Sunday is our Running With The Rapids 5K, held in memory of Detective Tina Zell.

Tina proudly served the Niagara Falls community for many years as a police officer and detective. An avid runner, she was often leading the way for new recruits at the police academy. More importantly, she was a genuinely good-hearted person and the kind of officer we should all strive to be.

Please come out and join us in remembering Tina! There’s also a 1K walk that anyone can participate in.

Earlier today a suspect known as RobShots was detained by K-9 Reggie. RobShots was walking around the perimeter of the event taking pictures, but forgot to acknowledge Reggie, which led to a verbal altercation. Reggie ultimately allowed RobShots go with a warning, as long as he gave him a treat.
