Thank you to everyone that came out to watch the NFPD vs NFFD Flag Football Game last night. The turnout was great, the weather was perfect, in the game was even better!

A special thanks to La Galera Mexican Restaurant for coming out and giving everybody free food. That was absolutely awesome!

None of this could be done without the overwhelming support and help from the Niagara Falls City Schools District! Thank you for giving us everything we need to make this possible!

We’ll be back next year!!!!

Today, the Niagara Falls Police Club joins our community and our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives taken that day, along with the firefighters, police officers, first responders and countless others who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy. We also remember those who have since lost their lives or continue to suffer from illnesses related to their service at Ground Zero.

Tonight, members of the Niagara Falls Police Department will take part in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Whirlpool State Park in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We climb in their memory, we honor their service, and we will never forget.

September 11, 2001, Never Forget. 🇺🇸

This Sunday is our Running With The Rapids 5K, held in memory of Detective Tina Zell.

Tina proudly served the Niagara Falls community for many years as a police officer and detective. An avid runner, she was often leading the way for new recruits at the police academy. More importantly, she was a genuinely good-hearted person and the kind of officer we should all strive to be.

Please come out and join us in remembering Tina! There’s also a 1K walk that anyone can participate in.

Earlier today a suspect known as RobShots was detained by K-9 Reggie. RobShots was walking around the perimeter of the event taking pictures, but forgot to acknowledge Reggie, which led to a verbal altercation. Reggie ultimately allowed RobShots go with a warning, as long as he gave him a treat.

Support your local First Responders who continue to help your community.

Strong schools require strong leadership and people who understand the importance of service.

Our brothers, Earl Bass (L714) and Jason Zona (L3359), have demonstrated a strong commitment to Niagara Falls and understand the responsibility that comes with helping guide decisions that impact our children, families, teachers, and community as a whole.

Their experience, leadership, and dedication to public service make them valuable voices for the future of our schools and the wellbeing of our kids.

We encourage everyone to get out and exercise your right to vote in the Board of Education Election tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19.
