As we enter our winter workouts, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the outstanding fall season our Rock athletes had—both on and off the field. This highlight showcases the selflessness and heart our young ladies bring to their community.

Early in the season, our 10U and 12U Rock athletes proudly represented Newtown Rock in the Pink Ribbon Softball Tournament, helping raise over $100,000 for the cause. These girls volunteered their time, put in work beyond the field, and together helped our organization become the second-largest donor in the tournament.

Just like softball, life calls for care, compassion, and showing up for one another. We are incredibly proud of these young ladies and the meaningful, lifelong lessons they embraced through their efforts.

Please join me in congratulating and celebrating these athletes for their inspiring commitment to others and to their community.

Newtown Rock’s squads wrapped up an eventful fall season filled with highlights, championships, and incredible stories! We’re excited to share these moments with you as we count down to spring, so keep an eye out throughout the winter for Fall Moments from your favorite Rock squads.

With the fall season coming to a close, our teams are already focused on working hard this winter and preparing to come back even stronger in the spring and summer. That work begins this weekend as nationally recognized instructor Austin Wasserman arrives in Newtown for a Newtown Rock exclusive event! Each squad will take part in Austin’s High-Level Throwing Clinic, and we’re thrilled that our athletes get this unique opportunity. We know it will kick off our winter training with the perfect momentum!
