The Wingman Movement Our mission is to nurture empathy, empower courage, and inspire hope in all ages. Everywhere.

We instill the belief that everybody matters through leadership-focused programs that foster teamwork and core values. Wingman is a program for educators/instructors/coaches of team-building activities that inspire empathy, courage, connection and inclusion. Wingman is a program from Dylan's Wings of Change, a foundation dedicated to Dylan Hockley.

In every school, there are moments where students feel left out or excluded. We create spaces where every student feels included through collaborative activities. Students learn to work together, cheer each other on, and carry that positive mindset into their classrooms and everyday interactions!
