What if instead of calling it ‘mental health,’ we called it ‘thought health’?
Because every thought we think affects how we feel, and how we feel affects how we behave.
When children are overwhelmed with fearful, hopeless, self-defeating thoughts, they struggle emotionally and behaviorally. When adults live in chronic stress, comparison, resentment, shame, or fear, it impacts relationships, health, work, and purpose.
Mental health is not an identity. It is not a label. It is a daily human experience.
And if our thoughts can move us toward fear, they can also move us toward healing, growth, connection, and hope.
That’s why mindset matters. And you only need one: the Choose Love mindset🧡
