🇺🇸Marty Foncello State Rep 107th announced that his re-election campaign has met the qualifying thresholds for the Citizen's Election Program (CEP). His campaign reached the required contribution levels in early May—well ahead of the May 21st convention. Congratulations Marty!

The CEP is a voluntary program that provides public financing to candidates for the General Assembly and statewide offices who meet specific contribution and donor requirements. Thanks to strong support from residents of Brookfield, Bethel, and Newtown, Rep. Foncello's campaign successfully met both the overall fundraising target and the number of in-district donors needed to demonstrate broad local backing.

Marty previously ran successful campaigns in 2022 and 2024. During his tenure in the General Assembly, he has worked collaboratively with colleagues to make Connecticut more affordable and safer for families. His record includes supporting a historic income tax cut, advancing legislation to help seniors age in place, and earning recognition as a 2024 Children's Champion for his work with the Early Childhood Caucus. He has also been a consistent advocate for local control of zoning and development, utility reforms, and policies that strengthen community well-being.

Congratulations Amybeth Laroche!

WE DID IT!

Today, I am incredibly grateful to announce that we have officially reached our donation qualification goal for Connecticut State Senate.

This milestone belongs to every donor, volunteer, supporter, friend, family member, campaign team member, and Republican Town Committee member who believed in this campaign and helped make it possible.

Over the past several months, I've spent countless hours meeting residents across Bethel, Easton, Fairfield, and Newtown, listening to their concerns and discussing the future of Connecticut.

This campaign has always been about the people, not politics.

Thank you to everyone who believed in me before I believed in myself.

The quiet majority is finding its voice.

Now let's make sure that voice ROARS.

Onward to November.

Today, we commemorate D-Day and honor the courage of the Allied forces who landed on the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944. Their bravery helped us achieve victory in World War II and safeguard the cause of freedom. May we never forget their sacrifice and service.

The least the governor can do is veto H.B. 5340 which would add billions of dollars in new costs and public benefits charges to your electricity bills.

This policy would increase subsidies to for-profit energy companies on the backs of families like yours.

All the governor must do to stop billions in new costs for our residents is use the veto pen. Today we call on him to use it and make sure that his actions match his words on affordability. Ryan Fazio would if he were Governor.

Electric bills are on the ballot this Nov. Vote Fazio to reduce costs!

This November vote Ryan Fazio for Governor!

This November vote Ryan Fazio for Governor!

“Like you, I love our state. I was born and raised here and graduated from our public schools. My parents, working-class city kids of union tradesmen, worked hard and moved to Connecticut. They instilled in my brothers and me a sense of faith, hard work, and an obligation to do what is right. Now I’m running for governor to restore the opportunity and affordability for your family that my family moved here for decades ago.”

There’s more to this campaign than some in the media will tell you. Hear it from me directly.

Rep. Mitch Bolinsky supported a (P.A. 26-35) comprehensive bill aimed at improving services, benefits, and protections for Connecticut’s veterans and military families. The bill enhances oversight of veterans’ services, delivers targeted tax relief, and introduces a new dental care program for veterans—marking one of the most significant new benefits in recent years.
