Our first ever Kids Fitness Crawl was a huge success! Each child participated in three thirty minute classes of their choice. Our kids fitness program is designed to empower children to gain confidence, body awareness, and exposure to new activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. We are so proud of all the children that joined us today. 💪🏼✨

NAC Youth Programs

The Youth Plex at the Newtown Athletic Club is designed to offer both noncompetitive and competitive programs for children ages 1 through 12. Programs are designed to appeal to all children with their individual interests in mind. Our goal is for every child to feel welcome in a safe place where he/she can participate in an activity where they are comfortable enough to be themselves.
