Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health, your finances, and the people around you. In just a few weeks after quitting, your lung function starts to improve, your heart disease risk begins to drop, and your body recovers in ways you can actually feel! Whether you've tried before or this is your first time, quitting can be tough, but you don't have to do it alone.

At BCHIP, we offer virtual and in-person smoking cessation groups over the course of 5 consecutive weeks. In addition to the support and camaraderie you will receive through the courses, we provide free ni****ne replacement options to those who qualify. Reach out and let's get you started! Living with bipolar disorder can require tremendous strength, resilience, and courage every single day. As the late Carrie Fisher reminded us, simply continuing to move forward, manage challenges, and function through difficult moments is an achievement worth recognizing.

If you are navigating bipolar disorder, know that your perseverance matters. There is no shame in seeking support, celebrating progress, and honoring the courage it takes to keep going. Every step forward is something to be proud of.
