📣 MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

The Annual Meeting of the Okehocking Hills Civic Association will take place by Zoom on Thursday, October 20th at 7PM. All neighbors are welcome and encouraged to attend.

At the meeting the Board of Directors will update neighbors on the financial standing of the Civic Association. The meeting will also include a vote for two open positions on the Board of Directors. Self-nominations are being accepted by email from now until October 6th. Lastly, the annual neighborhood bonfire is Saturday, October 8th at 4:30PM in the open lot on Beverly Lane. This relaxed, family-friendly event is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with old neighbors, meet new neighbors and enjoy all things fall. More details including a SignUpGenius will be available soon in the neighborhood Facebook group.

** VOTE NOW FOR YOUR HOA BOARD **

Four nominations were received for the three open positions on the Civic Association Board. The candidate names and electronic ballot were emailed to homeowners tonight (10/14).

Email voting closes on 10/20. Your all-volunteer Board greatly appreciates your attention to this matter AND your timely vote. THANK YOU!

Please submit your contact information for the Association’s records. Neighborhood E-mails will be sent out on a limited basis to notify you of upcoming events and meetings.

Self-nominations for the three open positions on the Civic Association Board are due TOMORROW, October 14th. Please check your email for details on the voting and self-nomination process.

This election is for general Board members, not specific officer positions. Officer roles will be appointed internally by the five-member Board after the election. The new Board members will each serve two year terms from 11/1/21-10/31/23.

Candidate names and details on how to vote by email will be emailed on Friday. The election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting (via Zoom) on Thursday, October 21st at 7PM.

The Bonfire is BACK!!
