When will Hamilton Township Committeeman Richard Cheek be held accountable? Hamilton Township Committee has voted, including Committeeman Cheek to pass Redevelopment and Cannabis ordinances which include 81 available licenses, 24 alone spread among 6 separate classes in the Hamilton Business Park. Mr. Cheek has long owned property in the park whose value was instantly affected by his vote. The Industrial Commission, who has independent and sole responsibility to market and sell the properties in the park, has been selling properties, six or more, to Cannabis related businesses including a retail license that is now seeking State license. Mr. Cheek appoints member to the Commission.
State mandated Ethics training to all elected and appointed Township officials at has apparently been blatantly time and again ignored by Mr. Cheek.
Mr. Cheek is now positioned to cash in his votes.
When will Atlantic County Government, who has an extensive presence in the park, wake up to realize Cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, retail, dispensary, distribution, and delivery are being actively promoted by Committeemen Schenker and Cheek and will be popping up next to Atlantic Counties Special Services School, ACIT, the Justice Facility, and Jail.
When will Wellspring Church realize a Cannabis retail pot store is one property away. When will Hess School teachers and parents find out how many Cannabis of all types are on the way close to the school.
A 20 acre site at the intersection of Babcock and Atlantic Ave. has been sold to a Cannabis cultivation and manufacturing business. This site is across the street from Chancellors Place just across the Atlantic County bike path.
It’s time for everyone to start pay attention to what actions Schenker and Cheek are doing for their own benefit before it’s too late.
