Wednesday, Metro West CD staff and Board members joined hundreds of other community development professionals at the State House to support the Massachusetts Association of CDCs (MACDC) Annual Lobby Day.

This year's Annual Meeting was an opportunity to bring together supporters and partners, reflect on the past year, and celebrate what's ahead for Metro West CD.

This celebration was bittersweet, as it marked Executive Director Caitlin Madden's final Annual Meeting with our organization. Under her leadership, Metro West CD has experienced a period of remarkable growth and impact, and she will be greatly missed.

We also welcomed Metro West CD's future Executive Director, Barney Heath. We are excited for the future and look forward to what's ahead under Barney's leadership beginning in mid-January 2026.
