This is how people involved in dog fighting treat these Pit Bulls. Demi was rescued 3 years ago and had to go through a lot of medical treatment. She was so scabbed up from head to tail. She was on five different medications and had to be bathed everyday in medicated shampoo.

The Humane Society of Catawba County has a poster in there office that is offering a REWARD for anyone who know of person/persons involved in dog fighting.

Anyone living in the Gastonia or Hickory area or in between. Someone has stole 5 Pit Bulls and some puppies. We don't know this person/persons are selling, killing, or fighting these dogs. Please be on the lookout for any suspicious looking people. Call your local authorities.
