Gruebbel joined the Carolina Caring team in 2019. She aligns administrative functions to support the organization’s objectives and oversees legal, compliance, & risk management functions, ensuring Carolina Caring operates with integrity, sound governance, and proactive mitigation of risk.

She also oversees initiatives, aligning talent development with organizational priorities while fostering a culture grounded in collaboration and belonging.

Gruebbel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies and Government from in Morehead, KY, and is a Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Manager (CPHRM), reflecting her longstanding commitment to professional growth.

We are grateful for Gruebbel’s collaborative leadership and commitment to maintaining Carolina Caring’s reputation as one of Modern Healthcare’s .
