🌽🚜 Hobbton FFA at the NC State Fair! 🎡💙💛

On Saturday, Hobbton FFA members spent the day volunteering at the Field of Dreams exhibit at the North Carolina State Fair!

Our members enjoyed the opportunity to help educate fairgoers about agriculture and the important role it plays in our everyday lives. Through hands-on activities and interactions with visitors of all ages, our students helped connect the public with the agricultural industry.

We are proud of our members for taking time out of their weekend to serve as advocates for agriculture and represent Hobbton FFA!

Today, Hobbton FFA members got into the fall spirit during our October Chapter Meeting with a little pumpkin carving! 🎃🍂

Members had the opportunity to show off their creativity, enjoy some friendly competition, and spend time together outside the classroom. From spooky to silly, there was no shortage of creativity on display!

It’s always great to see our members come together for some fun while building friendships and making memories along the way!

💙💛 HOBBTON FFA OFFICER SPOTLIGHT 💙💛

We’ve reached the final introduction in our 2026–2027 Hobbton FFA Officer Spotlight series, and we’re proud to introduce our President, Geiry Tomas! 🌟

As President, Geiry leads our officer team and chapter members throughout the year, presides over meetings, and works with her fellow officers to carry out the goals and activities of Hobbton FFA. Serving as President requires dedication, responsibility, and a willingness to lead by example.

Stationed “by the rising sun,” the President reminds us that the rising sun is the token of a new era in agriculture and represents the opportunities that each new day brings.

We’re excited to have Geiry leading Hobbton FFA during the 2026–2027 school year and look forward to all that our officer team and members will accomplish together!

Help us congratulate President Geiry Tomas and all of our 2026–2027 Hobbton FFA officers as they lead our chapter into another great year! 👏💙💛

As Vice President, Cohner works closely with the President and fellow officers to help lead our chapter, coordinate committees, and carry out our Program of Activities. The Vice President is always ready to step in wherever needed and help keep our chapter moving forward.

Stationed “by the plow,” the Vice President reminds us that without labor, neither knowledge nor wisdom can accomplish much.

We’re excited to have Cohner helping lead Hobbton FFA this year and look forward to seeing him continue to grow as a leader and serve our members!

Help us congratulate Cohner and wish him a great year as our Hobbton FFA Vice President! 👏💙💛

As Secretary, Alison helps keep our chapter organized by maintaining accurate records of meetings, keeping track of chapter activities and correspondence, and working alongside the other officers to make sure Hobbton FFA stays on track.

The Secretary’s station is “by the ear of corn,” representing one of the foundations of American agriculture and reminding us that FFA is rooted in agriculture and service.

We’re excited to have Alison serving on this year’s officer team and look forward to seeing her leadership continue to grow!

Help us congratulate Alison and wish her a great year as our Hobbton FFA Secretary! 👏💙💛
