And with that, summer is behind us! We can’t wait to see everyone tonight for our first regular meeting of the school year. Come visit us and find out all the fun stuff we do throughout the year, including several upcoming campouts!

We meet every Monday night at 7:15pm at the Newport Elks Lodge at 141 Pelham St. with our linked Troop 3G Aquidneck Island

As we wrap up another great summer, Troop 3 invites you to come visit us at any of our meetings to see what fun we have planned for the year. Scouts aged 11-17, both boys AND girls are welcome and we have great things in store this year!

We meet every Monday during the school year at 7:15 at Newport Elks Lodge #104 (we do not meet on days school is out!). Our first meeting of school year is Monday, September 8th. We hope to see you there!

The next World Scout Jamboree is being held in 2027 in the forests near historic Gdansk, Poland.

T3’s Mike and Beth Cullen checked out Gdansk this last week and gives it an A+. Easy to get to from Boston.

World War 2 began in Gdansk on September 1, 1939. The memorial museum was packed with families who likely still feel the complex history.

We visited the Polish, French and Soviet military cemeteries near our hotel.
