The RC Entertainment and Event Center is managed by The RC Foundation - a not-for-profit organization set up for the purpose of providing event spaces and producing events based in music, performance-art related shows and educational programs to inspire youth and residents in Newport and Cocke County, TN.
We wish to showcase our Appalachian Smoky Mountain heritage starting with hospitality in The Rustic Cow Ice Cream and Cow Cafe - in an atmosphere where we offer spaces in which everyone can gather, inspire and encourage each other, and be a part of our family in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.
