We have the best people at CR!
The rain started just as supper started tonight. In minutes the hall was flooded. Before it was over we had water in almost every room. Every one got to work. The shop vacs noise was LOUD!!! Every mop we could find was soaked and squeezed and soaked again. Brooms and squeegees were swishing. Towels and even two fun noodles came out to stop the flood. Soaked socks and tennis shoes piled up. Somehow, our wonderful kitchen crew, when they weren’t mopping the flooded kitchen, made sure we could eat when all was over. Those who could not mop took care Gracie and other necessities.
Two hours later, we sat down amongst the fans and wet mops to eat hotdogs and some wonderful dessert and celebrate what a good night of fellowship it had been.
What a wonderful Church we have at CR!
Thanks be to God for all the folks who waded in the water tonight!

If you’re tired of trying to change on your own, you’re not alone. At Celebrate Recovery this week we’re on Principle 5 — being willing to let God make the changes we can’t make by ourselves.
Supper is at 5:45, and the meeting starts at 6:00.
No pressure, no perfect people, just a place to breathe and begin again. You’re welcome to come.

We extend a warm welcome to our new followers who have recently joined our community. We are delighted to have you as part of our CR family. This Thursday holds special significance in the life of our church, being the week preceding Easter. We invite you to join us in celebrating Holy Communion in our sanctuary at 6 pm. Everyone is welcome at the Lord's table.

Sadly, we are cancelling CR tonight (2/5/26) due to freezing conditions. Take care everyone, and hopefully we will be back on schedule next week.

CR is cancelled for tonight, January 15. because County schools are closed today and most of our staff live in outlying areas. We hope everyone is safe and warm.
