Join us Saturday, August 29th for a group bus ride to the farmers market! 🍅🚌

We will meet at the 9th and Isabella bus stop to take the Licking River Link (free!) bus to Covington Farmers Market to see all the market has to offer. It’s about a 20 minute trip including a 0.2 mile walk to the market. The bus is due to depart from 9th and Isabella at around 10:15am and operates the loop every 30 minutes.

We're excited to share that we've put together Welcome Bags for new neighbors in West Newport!

If someone new has recently moved onto your street, stop by our next meeting to pick up a welcome bag and help us give them a warm welcome. It's a simple way to introduce them to the community and let them know we’re glad to have them here.

We're also looking for volunteers who would enjoy greeting new neighbors throughout the year. If you're interested, we'll have sign-up sheets at our upcoming meetings. You can volunteer as often or as little as you'd like, we'll match volunteers with nearby new neighbors as they move in.

A friendly welcome can go a long way. We hope you'll join us in helping make West Newport a welcoming place for everyone!

If you're interested in helping encourage voter participation in our neighborhood, we'd love to have you join us!

We're getting together at Collective Espresso to plan a canvassing effort focused on reminding neighbors about the importance of voting and making sure everyone has the information they need to participate.
