’Twas the night before the golf tournament, and all through the town,
Golf bags were packed, with clubs all lined down.
The scorecards were ready, the carts fueled with care,
In hopes that tomorrow, great golfers would be there.

The volunteers rested after weeks of hard work,
Planning a day full of fun, with plenty of perks.
The raffle prizes are waiting, the course is all set,
It’s shaping up to be the best tournament yet!

So grab your teammates, your lucky golf ball too,
We’ve still got room, and we’d love to see you!
Come out, have fun, and support a great cause—
Helping Newport Rescue continue answering the call when our community needs us most. ❤️🚑

The members of Newport Volunteer Rescue Squad are currently seeking donations for two of our biggest fundraisers of the year—our 2026 Golf Tournament and the Newport Fair!

We’re accepting:
