I wrote this book to not only celebrate the human spirit but to share life's challenges, joys, surprises, unexpected gifts and the love of family and friends and how that can get us through and to all that I just mentioned. We all have had some trauma in our lives but we can also overcome those traumas by coming together and supporting and loving one another in all of our differences and samenesses in our need to connect. Newport Buddhist Group is going to sit with Rinpoche in Middletown, CT at the Chenrezig Center on Sunday Dec. 1st. We are meeting at the Stop and Shop on Connell Highway in Newport at 12:15 PM and will drive up together from there. come if you can. Teachings start at 3:00 -5:00.
