This milestone marks another important step toward completing the full 20-mile Riverwalk spanning across eight cities along the south bank of the Ohio River.

Each phase brings us closer to our vision of a world-class active destination with breathtaking views, diverse cultural experiences, and endless outdoor adventures.

We invite the community to join us at this celebration as we officially open this new stretch of The Riverwalk and recognize the partners and community leaders who made it possible.

A few weeks ago, Southbank Partners received a COV-laborator award at the annual City of Covington’s Economic Development Authenti-City Awards. Additionally, Will Weber was honored to receive the inaugural COV-laborator of the Year Award!

The Covington Economic Development Department does an incredible job supporting small businesses, celebrating the city’s historic character, and creating the kind of partnerships and energy that make Covington stand out. We’re proud to work alongside a city that continues to think big and bring people together.

🚨Update: Due to required work still remaining on site by the contractors, the ribbon cutting for Phases 2 and 3 of The Riverwalk in Dayton has been postponed until June.

We want to ensure the project is fully ready before officially welcoming the community to this new portion and celebrating this major milestone.

A new date will be announced soon once the remaining work is completed.
