We had a great time at Youth Group once again tonight. We had 30 youth in attendance.
We played the Blindfolded Guide game where most figured out it’s easier to follow the lead of one voice, rather than many. We talked about being lead by the Lord and putting our focus on Him. He is our Light in the darkness!

We had a great time at Youth Group tonight! We had 30 youth in attendance!
They competed to see which team could make the tallest, free standing, noodle & marshmallow tower. We talked about how unreliable these 2 items would be in making a real structure. Which lead into Bro Trent’s lesson on 1 John 1 on having a reliable testimony, our fellowship, and having true joy that only comes from the Lord.

We had a great turnout for youth group after Meet the Rebels tonight. 33 7th-12th graders attended.
Bro Trent lead the group in a devotion about learning & growing in God’s Word & we played a true or false game to see how much we know about the bible..they were given statements & had to decide if it was scripture, or just a nice saying people use.
Thank you Humphreys Academy for allowing us to use the cafeteria!
Next week’s class will be at First Baptist!

We’re looking to improve & make changes moving into this school years Community Youth Group, but we need some help!!
If you are currently going into the 8th grade, all the way up to our alumni entering your 2nd year of college, we would love for you to take a short survey to let us know what you liked, didn’t like, would change or keep the same.
We want you to be comfortable with being honest with your answers, so the survey is done anonymously.
