Hope Rises Village is a project that plans on building 6 small homes for low-income families in Lincoln County who are housing insecure. Hope Rises Village is a partnership between Newport First Presbyterian Church and Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County to build affordable housing for low-income families who are housing insecure. Mission: Hope Rises Village provides affordable housing and supp

ortive services for families in need through collaborative partnerships in the community. 📊 Housing in Lincoln County is out of reach for many working families.

Even full-time workers earning minimum wage cannot afford a modest 2-bedroom apartment. Many must choose between rent, food, healthcare, and transportation.

What this means:
-Families may stay in motels, RVs, or “couch surf”
-Children may have to move schools frequently
-Stress and instability affect mental health and job performance

This is why Hope Rises Village exists.
Our mission is to provide:
✅ Affordable housing
✅ Supportive services
✅ Stability for families in Newport and across Lincoln County

Every family deserves a safe place to call home. 💛
