is still being celebrated in the IDP camps in but Alaa and his team are still feeding the families in the camp. If you can spare even a little bit of money to help him finish the task, please consider a donation of $2 per meal. You can donate through our secure website. Remember, Alaa is helping a camp that is not served by any other organization. It is in the area, where the area administration is very complicated by the mixture of groups present.

Immediately following 20 April is the New Year celebrations, . You can indicate gifts for Eid if you wish. Alaa can then distribute new clothes, shoes, and toys for the children in the camps.

Ramadan is underway and Alaa has found a way to help the IDP camp families. He has begun preparing meals to distribute and each meal costs him $2.

$10 will buy 5 meals for iftar (the sundown meal to break their fasts), $20 will buy 10 meals, etc... See how you can put a smile on a child's face. They rarely have any type of meat to eat.

Tonight, 15 February 2023, there are still families out in the cold ( -2° C).

Maybe larger loads of aid such as tents and stoves might come tomorrow. Maybe not. We don't know. But if we get the funds from people who care, we can move faster and get to families that are truly suffering.

Here are more images of our team distributing food baskets to those who are living out in the open.

We need more support. While we are just a couple of people that are trying to fill a gap in aid delivery, we can move faster than the big guys and we are dedicated to doing this work.

Thank you to our recent donors who answered the call for help to comfort victims in the region.

Our team of volunteers were able obtain 10 tents for some families that lost their homes, and then several food baskets to help the most vulnerable.

This morning in Northern Syria. The earthquake has left families homeless, and very little aid has reached this area. Today, I sent Alaa the modest amount we raised so hopefully he can buy a little food.
