Jackson County Wellness and Screening 96 million American adults have pre-diabetes, only 10% know that they have it.

This nonprofit organization’s goal is to identify citizens in Jackson Co that are at high risk for pre-diabetes and give them the tools to prevent becoming a Diabetic.
