Greetings Troop 158,

We are proud and fortunate to have another young Eaglet in our nest!

Please join me in congratulating Kypro on passing his Eagle Rank Board of Review this evening. When his paperwork comes back from National, he will become the newest Eagle Scout in Troop 158. Well done, Kyro!

All,

A reminder that we will be having a meet and greet tomorrow night at 7:00 pm at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. Expect it will last about 1-1/2 hours and will have 4 short breakouts - one for committee; one for adult leaders (Scoutmasters); one for youth; and one for parents.

We'll order some pizza and sodas from Chanello's and have it delivered for the end.

Couple game plan items:

1. Recharter - looking at completing it on 11/30, so really need to get replies for who is continuing on youth and adult sides. Have some inputs, but need remaining responses.

2. Fundraiser - need final numbers so we can prepare Scout accounts for transfer

3. Youth Protection - please finish it up ASAP. We have about half our leaders and need the remaining ones.

4. Advancement - have asked Willliam Chambers to submit our final troop report ASAP so we can then transfer everyone.



Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow evening!

Troop 158,

We are meeting at Hidenwood Presbyterian at 5:30 today. All should be already fed dinner and wearing Class A uniforms.

I expect that we will return ~10:30 on Sunday Morning, and will meet parents at the church at the trailer parking spot. We will have scouts confirm arrival time with a text or phone call when we are leaving Cheatham Annex.
