The Exchange

The 180 Exchange is a Manhood Movement to serve the entire Hampton Roads Community of Southeast Virginia, and particularly in the city of Newport News. We desire to respectfully serve every man in our surrounding communities by providing every man with tools they can use as they lead their families through these challenging times. We want to provide the tools for men to have the courage to change their community by first intentionally changing their everyday life, then being the change in their home, and being the advocate for change in their community.

We will provide informative classes for new fathers to help them transition to understand what an important role they play in the care of mom, the development of the child during all trimester stages, during the birth of their child, and understanding their future role as a family provider.

We will also provide classes for fathers who are experienced in being a father, but may want to receive positive encouraging tools that will help support everything they are already doing. We also want to provide services for every man to come together in “The Huddle”, to discuss goals and/or address systemic barriers, discover lasting values, and establish a continuous community of accountability for every man in Hampton Roads.

We will provide... Job Training Classes, Financial Classes, and Certified Counseling classes.
