Newport Beach Sister City Association Fundraiser We are committed to promote cultural, educational, scientific, commercial technological and social The same year, we became an independent NON PROFIT.

In 1984 two members of the Newport Balboa Rotary Club joined with a Rotary member in Okazaki, Japan to establish a reciprocal student exchange program between the two cities. Our organization was formed in order to facilitate this yearly event. NBSCA.ORG started partnership with Antibes and Baja Cities acting as a facilitator for business, tourism, and cultural activities between our city and our Sister Cities in Japan, France and Mexico.
