Still smiling thinking about La Dolce Vita.
What a special night.
A room full of people showing up for families right here in our community, with so much generosity, joy, laughter, and heart. Because of that, lives are going to change.
Children at Precious Lamb will have a safe place to learn and grow. Families facing difficult seasons will receive support. Campers at RAD Camp will experience joy and belonging. More children in India will have a safe place to call home through our LIFT Houses.
And somehow between Chef Dom absolutely crushing dinner, Kristen pouring incredible wine, and way too many cannolis… it turned into one of those nights we’ll never forget.
We’re incredibly grateful for every person who helped make the evening so meaningful.
You guys absolutely nailed La Dolce Vita.

Ciao, ciao — it’s almost time. 🇮🇹

Lift Foundation’s 5th Annual Gala is just around the corner, and this year we’re toasting to la dolce vita.

What to wear? Picture this: Italian summer nights. Deep reds and ocean blues. Whites, creams, florals, a lemon or two.

For her: silk that moves, florals that pop, a red lip that means business.

For him: a sharp tailored suit in cream, olive, or navy, linen done right, an open collar, maybe a pocket square with a little personality — loafers optional.

Come dressed for a candlelit dinner in Capri. We’ll bring the Aperol. 🍊

✨ GIVING TUESDAY ✨ Today we celebrate YOU — our incredible LIFT community — for lifting others, all year and in every season. 💛
Because of your support and generosity, families received emergency relief, children gained safe and inspiring spaces, thousands were fed, families and vulnerable children in our community were supported, and 100 more children in India found loving homes.

Precious Lamb provides tuition-free, high-quality early education for children ages 18 months to 5 years in Long Beach who are experiencing homelessness. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to break the cycle of homelessness—one child at a time.
