Let's Be Frank About Cancer gala fundraiser embodies the vision & goals of Frank DiBella & his dedication to finding a cure for cancer. Mr.

Frank Di Bella was diagnosed with metastatic bladder cancer in 2011 and was told by multiple doctors at two different centers that he only had months to live. Now, 10 years later, he is not only surviving, but thriving. Di Bella credits Dr. Sumanta Pal and the staff at City of Hope for saving his life and has made it his mission to support City of Hope’s ongoing research efforts. Funds from this b

lack-tie affair will support Pal’s research, which is focused on finding ways to better understand how cancers develop and metastasize, how to better predict cancer recurrence and how to improve treatments with fewer side effects.
