CHOC Glass Slipper Guild

CHOC Glass Slipper Guild Our Guild is a dedicated and passionate group of volunteers that has raised more than $6 million since 1983.

We are currently working towards a $1M pledge for the Thompson Autism and Neurodevelopmental Center at CHOC. The Glass Slipper Guild is one of seven guilds that support CHOC Children’s. The Guild was established in 1994, after ten years as the Cinderella Guild Juniors. While our name has changed over the years, our mission has remained constant: to acquaint the community with the mission of CHOC C

hildren’s and to support the hospital’s greatest needs. We are a dedicated and passionate group of women volunteers living mainly in Coastal Orange County, many of us mothers ourselves, working hard to ensure that community awareness, involvement, and fundraising are at record levels. In 2018, the Glass Slipper Guild embarked on a new pledge: to raise $2 million to support CHOC’s rapidly evolving Fetal Program. This program cares for babies who have congenital conditions requiring assessment, monitoring and treatment planning, and provides counseling for their moms and families. Additionally, the guild participates in a variety of social and volunteer events throughout the year, while also supporting CHOC Children’s community and all-guild fundraisers such as the CHOC Walk in the Park. Due to our successful events over the year, including our fabulous Gala Fundraiser each May and Regatta benefitting CHOC every November, we are about a quarter of our way to completing this pledge.

✨A NIGHT TO REMEMBER ✨Together we raised $3 MILLION at our 2026 gala, Versailles: L’Art de Vivre, for the Thompson Autism and Neurodevelopmental Center at CHOC, part of Rady Children’s Health.

That’s triple our original goal and the biggest night in Glass Slipper Guild history.

We are especially grateful to Bill and Nancy Thompson and Heather and Jim Madden, whose extraordinary commitment and support helped make this historic evening possible.

We were also honored to hear from Dr. Michael Cameron, who helped bring the work of the Thompson Center to life, and from 14-year-old Junyeong Park, whose story gave all of us a powerful reminder of the lives this work can change.

L’Art de Vivre means “the art of living,” and this night was such a beautiful reminder of what that can mean when a community comes together for children and families.

🌟THAT’S A WRAP 🌟and what a year it’s been! With grateful hearts we are excited to share that we raised $3 million in revenue, knocking our $1 million goal out of the park! The GSG was so grateful to celebrate alongside the team at the Thompson Autism and Neurodevelopmental Center and the Thompson family - with heartfelt thanks all around and a stunning sunset at Vea as our backdrop.
