Tomorrow, Tuesday October 3, the Newport Mesa Unified School Board (NMUSD) will be voting on a service agreement with the Community Schools Learning Exchange (CSLX).
CSLX community schools are more BIG GOVERNMENT promoting socialism.
We are urging the NMUSD school board members to VOTE NO
to the service agreement with the CSLX.
The contract is for $45,000 to consult with CSLX on the grant proposal to
develop these socialist-based community schools.
The 2022 reading and math scores, from the schools where the district wants to
first implement these community schools, are alarming.
We want successful students graduating from our schools, not indoctrinated students.
We have two Action Items:
1. ATTEND THE MEETING to show support for our parents, students, families, and taxpayers, and AGAINST these community schools.
If you wish to say something, arrive at 5:30pm and fill out the comment card.
