Mission Mbale, Inc. Our Mission:
Mission Mbale exists to share the hope and love found in Jesus Christ while addressing essential life needs one child at a time!

Transforming futures and hopes through the love of Jesus ... One child at a time. We provide meals, emergency housing, medical care, and tuition assistance to the children fighting for survival in the Namatala Slum in Mbale, Uganda We work through our ministry partnership with Ebenezer Baptist Church which is located in the heart of this slum village. There are 28,000+ people living within a one-half mile radius of the church property; 12,000+ of these are children and over half of that number are orphans or dangerously at risk children. Thanks for your prayers!

✈️ We may be headed home, but the mission doesn’t end when the trip does! 🌍❤️

Pray that the Lord keeps us in the moment—our eyes open, our hearts tender, and our spirits ready to respond to His leading. May we never become so focused on what’s next that we miss the divine appointments right in front of us.

May we be on mission every second of every day, wherever He sends us! Our mission field isn’t just Mbale, Uganda. It’s wherever God has planted our feet. 🌱

🌍🇺🇬 One last evening adventure in Uganda! Our team enjoyed a ride into Jinja last night for a quick stopover and a little shopping before heading to EBB (Entebbe International Airport). ✈️

Next stop: HOME! 🏡❤️ Four flights ahead of us, but our hearts are full of precious memories, meaningful reunions, and reminders of God’s faithfulness.

What a journey it has been! Thank you for praying, giving, and being part of what God is doing through Mission Mbale. All for His glory! 🙌💙

💚🌿 Family Fun Day in Uganda! 🇺🇬

Today was all about making memories, sharing laughter, and celebrating the beautiful connections God has made possible through child sponsorship! 🥰

Our day took us to the breathtaking Sipi Falls, followed by a meal together at an outdoor restaurant with our precious sponsored children. Waterfalls, good food, big smiles, and time together made for a day we’ll treasure! 💦🍽️❤️

Child sponsorship is about so much more than meeting physical needs. It’s about building relationships, showing the love of Jesus, and reminding each child that they are seen, valued, and loved.

One child at a time. One relationship at a time. All for God’s glory! 🙌

🇺🇬 GLORIOUS DAYS IN UGANDA! ❤️🙌

Glorious days. Beautiful meetings. Long-overdue reunions. Precious prayers. Eternal salvations.

Our hearts are full as we witness God at work in Mbale! From the joy of reconnecting with beloved friends to the privilege of sharing the Gospel and seeing lives transformed by Jesus, these are the moments that remind us exactly why we came.

The days are full, the team is pressing on, and the opportunities to love, serve, and make disciples continue. We are humbled to be part of what God is doing and expectant for what is still to come!

Please keep praying for our team—that we would finish strong, remain unified, and boldly share the hope and love of Jesus Christ wherever He leads us. 🙏🏽🌍

🙏 Mission Mbale | OCTOBER 2026 TEAM UPDATE 🇺🇬

Tonight’s team debrief question was simple: “Describe today in ONE word.”

Just a few of the answers? Awesome. Busy. Reunion. Salvation. Joy. Humbled. ❤️

What a beautiful picture of a day spent serving the Lord and witnessing His goodness!

We’ve officially hit mission trip HUMP DAY! 🐪 This is often the point when the travel, jet lag, emotional and spiritual outpouring, and physical fatigue begin to catch up with us. The days are full, the moments are meaningful, and the work is Kingdom work!

Please pray for our team as we press on with renewed strength, willing hearts, and eyes fixed on Jesus. Pray for continued opportunities to visit villages, share the Gospel, distribute food bags, build relationships, and make disciples.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19 ✝️

We didn’t come this far to slow down now! We came to serve, to share the hope and love of Jesus, and to give God all the glory.

🙏 Keep those prayers coming! There are still lives to reach, seeds to plant, and opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus Christ!
