✈️🌍 Learning Beyond the Classroom — and Planting Seeds for Eternity 🇺🇬

Recently, our Ebenezer students had the incredible opportunity to travel across Uganda to Entebbe International Airport (EBB)! ✈️

For many of these students, this was a brand-new experience. They explored, learned, asked questions, laughed, and enjoyed a day they will remember for years to come.

But at Ebenezer, education is about more than academics.

We believe every child is created by God, deeply loved by Him, and made for a purpose. Our desire is not only to educate children for this life, but to point them to Jesus and equip them to follow Him for a lifetime. ❤️✝️

Every classroom, every lesson, every field trip, and every relationship is an opportunity to sow seeds of the Gospel and disciple the next generation.

And this is where sponsorship changes lives.

A sponsor helps provide more than school fees. Your support helps create opportunities for children to learn, grow, experience new things, hear the Gospel, and be discipled in their faith.

That field trip to EBB may have been one day—but the seeds planted in a child’s heart can have an eternal impact.

Today we celebrate a milestone that will impact generations to come!

🎉 Ebenezer Christian School is now officially FULLY LICENSED and REGISTERED! 🎉

What a testimony to God’s faithfulness.

“God is good… and all the time… that’s His nature!” ❤️🙌🙌🏿

This achievement is so much more than receiving official certificates. It is another door God has opened for the children of Ebenezer Christian School. With this licensing and registration complete, the school can now move forward in obtaining its national examination center number—allowing students to sit for their national exams right on their own campus. What an incredible blessing!

This moment has been years in the making through countless prayers, unwavering faith, sacrificial giving, and the faithful partnership of so many. To the Mission Mbale Board, our prayer partners, sponsors, donors, the Ebenezer Christian Ministries family, our dedicated school staff, and every person who has supported this ministry—you are part of this victory.

Brother Peter shared it best:

“Our joy and happiness is beyond our expressions. We love you, and we always pray for you.”

Today we’re celebrating Jordan and Lynette, who have each been sponsored!

After much prayer, wise counsel, and careful consideration, the Mission Mbale Board has made the difficult decision to cancel our July 2026 mission trip to Uganda.

This was not a decision made lightly. Our team had been eagerly anticipating the opportunity to return to Uganda, serve alongside our ministry partners, and spend time with the children, families, and communities we love. However, due to ongoing travel uncertainties and health-related concerns affecting international travel, we believed it was prudent to cancel our trip at this time.

While we are disappointed, we remain confident that God’s timing is perfect. Mission Mbale’s commitment to our Ugandan family remains as strong as ever. Our child sponsorship program, ministry partnerships, and support of Ebenezer Christian Ministries continue uninterrupted as we work together to share the hope and love of Jesus Christ.

We ask you to join us in praying for our brothers and sisters in Uganda, for the children we serve, and for future opportunities to be together again. We are grateful for the prayers, encouragement, and support of so many who faithfully stand with us in this ministry.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to give you a future and a hope.” — Jeremiah 29:11
