❣️ Rhysand update ❣️

It was a rough night for this lil guy and his foster mom. The surgery itself can be hard on a healthy kitty, but Rhysand is also battling anemia and dehydration due to his worm overload.

Luckily, his foster mom had supplies on hand to help him continue to fight: pain meds, fluids, and a heating pad. He even got to sleep in bed last night. Even though it was a very stressful night, Rhysand is much more lively this morning and finally ate a full meal. Now, we continue to monitor!

324 days… and now we can reveal our secret 🤫🥁

Story finally found her ✨happily ever after✨

The best part? She was adopted by a family who previously adopted our ginger brothers, Percy & Grover (now Bo & Duke)! These are true cat lovers. When Duke was diagnosed with FIP, his family did everything possible to save his life. We have so much admiration for adopters who go above and beyond for their pets because they truly see them as family.

They recently lost one of their beloved senior cats and needed to not replace but help fill the void of the loss and add some extra love to their life. They reached out and felt drawn to Story knowing that adult cats are overlooked, so the pieces all quickly fell into place.

Story, you have no idea how spoiled you're about to be and honestly, that's exactly what you deserve. We know you have been waiting for a home where you could be the queen bee, soaking up all the love and attention.

Happy tails, Story! 🥳 One chapter of your story has come to an end, but a whole new adventure is just beginning 📚 We can't wait to hear all about it! 💚

It’s and today we are featuring this chunky planet Jupiter 🪐

Jupiter is a big boy at just 9 weeks old! He is already 16 lbs and is the largest of his siblings. BUT he truly just wants to be a big baby/lap dog 😂

He is incredibly affectionate with people, loves the other dogs in his foster home, and is curious but gentle with the kitties. All of these babies just have amazing temperaments and will make any family super happy!

Jupiter and his siblings will be spayed/neutered on July 9th and then once they heal will be ready to start their new adventures in forever homes! 🚀

❣️Rhysand update❣️

His foster mom just picked him up from SAVES. He is doing well after surgery (just not the biggest fan of the cone) and now we are going to be in the monitoring phase. For re**al prolapses, the biggest risk is they may prolapse again if they strain at all. So Rhysand will be on a liquid diet and will be dewormed again at half the appropriate dose in two days, so he isn’t pushing out so many worms at once. He will go back to get his temporary suture removed in three days.

Right now, we have raised $157.78. We did get a small refund from SAVES of $118, so we still need to raise $800. Please donate if you can! Even if it is just $5. Truly anything helps! We need to cover this cost, so we can continue helping more babies. If you cannot donate at this time, sharing helps more than you know!

‼️ Donations desperately needed ‼️

Rhysand’s foster mom rushed him to the emergency vet this morning because of a re**al prolapse. She has been there with him from 11:30 am and is still waiting. They are just taking him back for surgery now. This is fairly common in kittens that have a high parasite load especially after deworming. Lil Rhysand is new to our rescue having just came into our care on the 13th. He is the sweetest baby ever and was purring the entire time they were waiting. He is a fighter and we are hoping this surgery will be successful. There is a chance he could prolapse again, but right now we are remaining positive.

We are a very small rescue but do our absolute best to help as many babies as we can. This is a big bill that was completely unexpected. Happy 😻

It was a kitten pawty today as we had potential adopters come meet these lil babies! Some even found their forever people and will go home as soon as they are fully vetted 🥳

We LOVE forever home Fridays!!! Look who got adopted 👀 Our handsome Taz man!

Taz is usually shy around new people, but he walked right up to his new mom to say hello. I think he knew she meant home. Her energy was absolutely perfect for him, and she even brought along a chill friend who could practically be his twin.

Taz and his new brother, Keiko, hit it off immediately. Keiko’s name means “whale” 🐳, so his new mom chose the name Kai for Taz, which means “ocean” 🌊. Honestly, it doesn’t get much cuter than that.

Happy tails, Taz, now Kai! 🥳 You are about to live the life of luxury: sleeping in bed, snuggling on the couch, and exploring your new surroundings.

We are so happy for you and can’t wait to see all the adventures ahead 🩵

What vet day looks like with 6️⃣ chunky puppies! 🩺

The Space litter is officially 9 weeks old today and received their second DHPP vaccine! 🪐💉

These babies are almost ready for forever homes! Next on the agenda is getting them spayed/neutered. They will be large breed dogs as they have golden retriever and German shepherd in them.
