🎉 Congratulations to Piedmont Physicians Head & Neck Surgery! 🎉

The Newnan-Coweta Chamber was proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Piedmont Physicians Head & Neck Surgery and the launch of Piedmont Healthcare’s new Head and Neck Oncology Surgery service line here in Piedmont Newnan.

This exciting addition brings specialized care closer to home for our community through Piedmont Newnan Hospital. We were grateful to hear more about this service line development and the important work being led by Dr. Mark El-Deiry, founding physician of the service line and the only surgeon within Piedmont Healthcare performing TORS, Trans Oral Robotic Surgery.

🎉 Congratulations to Jr’s Heart SAVES! 🎉

The Newnan-Coweta Chamber was honored to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Jr’s Heart SAVES and welcome them to the Chamber community.

Jr's Heart SAVES is a nonprofit, female veteran-led organization doing meaningful work to help prevent child abuse and neglect while expanding access to trauma-informed mental health services for children, families, and underserved communities.

Their mission was born from personal tragedy and transformed into a powerful purpose of advocacy, awareness, prevention, and healing. Through counseling, education, outreach, and community partnerships, Jr’s Heart SAVES is helping families find support, build resilience, and break cycles of trauma.

Our Where Are We Wednesday series wraps up today with the third and final feature in our three-part spotlight series for June!

This Wednesday, we’re proud to feature Lighthouse Special Education Academy, a Christian, private, nonprofit school created to serve children with special needs right here in our community.
