This Memorial Day, Coweta County has a full slate of events to honor those who gave everything in service to our country.

Poppy Drive – Fri–Mon, May 22–25 at Walmart & Kroger (Thomas Crossroads + Lower Fayetteville Rd)

Flag placement at Oak Hill & Forest Lawn cemeteries – Sat, May 23 at 9 a.m. (meet at the Coweta Veterans Club)

Summer Kickoff at Lake Marimac – Sat, May 23 at 5 p.m. with the Tanner Gray Band + fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

Memorial Day Ceremony – Mon, May 25 at 11 a.m., Veterans Memorial Park (free lunch to follow at the Coweta Veterans Club)

Senoia Ceremony – Mon, May 25 at 9 a.m., City of Senoia Cemetery on Stallings Road

All events are free and open to the public.
