Every day, our field staff provide education, counseling, care, and practical support—walking with young people as they heal, grow, and build hopeful futures. Their compassion, courage, and steadfast commitment make a lasting difference in the lives of the children and communities we serve.

ChildVoice staff visited the farmland in Malkohi, Nigeria leased to girls in ChildVoice’s aftercare program to check on the progress of their farming activities. They have planted rice, and the crop is healthy and growing well!

The girls shared their joy in seeing positive results from their hard work and commitment to farming. With regular weeding and continued care, they look forward to a strong harvest. We are excited about the opportunity and long-term sustainability this farm can provide for them.

This weekend, our ChildVoice Kilimanjaro team is completing their first training hike together in the White Mountains of New Hampshire!

In just 69 days, they will begin their ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro—climbing in honor of ChildVoice’s 20 years of bringing hope and healing to war-affected children and youth, while raising vital funds to support this work.

This weekend is an important first step in their preparation and a powerful reminder of the teamwork, determination, and shared purpose that will carry them forward.

ChildVoice Nigeria has welcomed 50 broiler chickens—an exciting income-generating opportunity for students in our program.

The goal is to raise the chickens in time for the Christmas market, providing an opportunity to sell them during the holiday season. In the long term, students will be equipped to raise chickens as a sustainable source of income and greater self-sufficiency.

We’re grateful to see this project take flight!
