Week 7 in the books! We have been working with Mr. Jerry to learn about plants and how things affect them, cooking, enjoyed Quantum Leap trampoline park, made boomerangs and learned a little bit about Rodeos!

Week 6 and 2 more to go! We have been learning while having fun! Working with robotic cars learning coding, building flower boxes with Mr. Bill and Mr. Jerry while learning how to be safe with tools. Made pinwheels and learned about wind energy. Went to the movies and played at a park, and the older ones made bottle rockets and got to shoot them off with all the help from Mr. Jerry! Ending the week learning about horses and camp fire safety with Grandfather Mountain Parks!

Part 2 of Week 5 💚💚💚

Week 5! We played life size games for STEM, Made terrariums with Mr. Jerry and Mr. Bill. Tended garden, went to Asheville Arboretum, learned about cows with Mrs. Michelle, and wrapped the week up with the littles making candles with Mrs. Josie, and a special forever 4H lady Mrs. Bobbie teaching the older kids about music and teaching them a song! I am so thankful for the amazing people I have will to go above and beyond to make unforgettable memories for these wonderful children!

I want to take a moment to recognize my AMAZING staff! These ladies have been phenomenal at taking care of the kids, making sure they are safe, and having fun all at the same time! They make everything we do look easy! I can’t say thank you enough ladies for ALL that you do and all you help me with day to day! I appreciate you all so much!
