💙 Thank You, Coach Mike! 💙

While we’re sad to see Coach Mike leave Newland Elementary, we are so excited for him as he begins a new chapter as Assistant Principal at Avery High School.

Coach Mike has been so much more than a PE teacher. He has encouraged, inspired, and supported our students every day, making a lasting impact on our school community. His kindness, positivity, and dedication will be greatly missed.

Thank you for everything you’ve done for our students and staff. We are incredibly proud of you and wish you all the success in your new role!

That’s a wrap.
Tonight was fantastic and talent filled in so many ways! Mrs. Joy put together our talent show which showcased each students’ love to perform as a solo or with their class or peers. So much appreciation shown for our principal, Mrs.Tamara Scott Presnell, we sure do have love for her! We are super tired but ready to end the school year with a bang!
