Anne's Kids When Maria Martinez Sylvester moved to Newland, NC she noticed the need of the local children for adequate basic necessities.

With the help of family and friends she started "Anne's Kids" as way to honor her mother and meet some of those needs.

It's that time of year folks - cold weather is moving in and we are in need of new or gently used kids coats and snow boots. This looks like it's going to be a cold winter in the mountains so please help get a child a warm coat and warm shoes. You can also donate on the website www.anneskids.com Thanks!!!
