We are excited to announce the Pocono Springs website has been completely updated and refreshed!

The new website now has improved features including: A Frequently Asked Questions section, a photo gallery of beautiful pictures taken within the community that have been submitted by property owners, highlights of the PSCA amenity areas, quick and easy options to contact the PSCA Office and Public Safety, direct links to local officials websites, an event calendar, all PSCA governing documents, forms, and more!

We hope the new features will be useful and efficient!
Another change to note, is there is no longer a "Member's Only" section on the website. Previously, this was a password protected section that held the association's board minutes, budget information, resolutions, etc. All of these documents are now available to every member in the Vantaca portal, and can be quickly accessed any time you log into your portal.

If you have any questions regarding these changes, or need any assistance in setting up or logging into your portal, please contact the office and we will be happy to assist you!

Community Notice: Unauthorized Fireworks Are Not Permitted

We have recently received reports of fireworks and firecrackers being discharged within the community.

Please be reminded that all fireworks, including firecrackers, bottle rockets, and other consumer fireworks, are prohibited within the Association.

The only exception is on July 4th between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM and only when a valid permit has been issued.

Unauthorized fireworks create safety hazards, disturb residents, frighten pets and wildlife, and detract from everyone's ability to enjoy our community amenities.

Please be advised that any person observed discharging fireworks in violation of Association rules will be subject to citations and fines. Citations will be issued, and fines begin at $165.00 and increase with subsequent violations in accordance with the Association's violation fee schedule.

Please contact Public Safety at 570-676-4400 to report any incidents you may witness. Please provide the location, time, and any other information that may assist Public Safety with follow-up.
