We help youth develop strong character, learn important life skills and make healthy life-style choices. We run group and individual mentoring programs that adapt to cultural differences while challenging students to give and be their best. We facilitate discussions that provide opportunities for critical thinking and self-examination that aid students toward academic success, to see their value i

n the community, to think positively and critically about their future, and to develop skills that allow them to pursue their potential. Our goal is help kids obtain skills that empower them to overcome any challenges they face in their life. We partner with local School Districts and Native Tribal Communities in Washington’s economically disadvantaged areas. We want to reach as many kids as possible to give them an extra boost at having a successful future. TEAM-WORKS programs help youth to build a StrongMind, a StrongBody and a StrongCharacter for a StrongFuture!.
