Happy National Dog Day! 🐾🌲🚵

Around here, some of our favorite trail partners happen to have four legs. Whether they're leading the charge, bringing up the rear, or stopping to investigate every interesting smell along the way, dogs just make a day on the trail better.

Putting the Lands to Love grant to work! 🌲🥾

In partnership with 319 Dirtworks, Bent Sprockets is giving the Old Quarry Trails a little love with new trail signs, improved drainage, and some much-needed maintenance.

Work is underway and should be wrapped up by the end of the month. You gotta love a good face-lift, especially when it means better trails! 🚵‍♀️🌲

🎉 A huge THANK YOU to the Wyoming Sportsmans Group for their generous support of the portable restrooms at our trailheads!

Thanks to their contribution, along with the generosity of several other donors, we've been able to provide portable restrooms at the Flying V, Old Quarry, and Serenity trailheads for the season. These facilities help keep our parking areas and trails cleaner while making the experience more enjoyable for everyone who comes out to ride, hike, run, and explore.

This is a great example of what can happen when a community comes together to support outdoor recreation. Every donation, whether large or small, makes a difference, and we're incredibly grateful to the Wyoming Sportsmans Group and everyone else who helped make this possible.

If you see one of our supporters out in the community, please join us in saying thank you for investing in our trails and helping us create a cleaner, more welcoming experience for all.

We're excited to share that Bent Sprockets has been selected as a recipient of a 2026 Wyoming Outdoor Recreation & Tourism grant to help improve and expand the Flying V Trail System!

A heartfelt thank you to the Wyoming Outdoor Recreation & Tourism Trust Fund and the Wyoming Office of Outdoor Recreation for investing in the future of outdoor recreation in Weston County. We are honored to receive this support and grateful for the opportunity to continue growing one of Wyoming's premier trail systems.

This grant will help improve accessibility, expand our 17+ miles of trails, and bring us one step closer to our vision of universally accessible trails and adaptive signage.

It will also help us share one of Northeast Wyoming's best-kept secrets with even more people while creating welcoming outdoor experiences for riders, hikers, runners, and visitors of all abilities.

Congratulations to all of this year's grant recipients! We are honored to be recognized alongside so many outstanding outdoor recreation projects across Wyoming.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the City of Newcastle and the Weston County Travel Commission ( and ) for your continued support of outdoor recreation and tourism in our community. Your partnership has helped make this project possible.
