We are excited to see all the progress at 143 Washington St by developers BJH Advisors. They purchased the property from us last year and are converting the existing vacant building and adjacent lot into 15 units of affordable housing. This is a terrific outcome for this corner of Washington and Federal Streets and the long vacant building with 3 dilapidated garages next to it.

Our 2025 Year in Review is ready! We created new homeowners, stabilized several buildings inside and out to make them ready for full scale renovation and acquired more vacant and abandoned properties. We have many projects in the works to continue to transform the neighborhood surrounding Lander St that faced the highest level of vacancy and abandonment when we started our work in 2012. We will continue to bring out the best in this historic city while working to ensure that it remains accessible to all.
