Workers who vote to form a union deserve a fair first contract, not endless delays and union-busting tactics.

Right now, it takes an average of 465 days to reach a first contract. H.R. 5408, the Faster Labor Contracts Act, would help stop employers from stalling negotiations and ensure workers have a real path to securing the wages, benefits, and protections they fought for.

When workers organize for better wages, safer workplaces, stronger benefits, and a voice on the job, the law should protect that fight not allow companies to run out the clock.

Tell Congress to support H.R. 5408 today!

Proud of everyone that came out tonight to stand together on what we voted for!!! It was a strong turnout from our Alcoa workers of USW Local 104. Tonight we came together to make our presence felt and show that we stand united, shoulder to shoulder, for a FAIR CONTRACT!!!!
