Newburgh Boyscouts Boy Scout Troop 305, Newburgh Indiana, was founded in 1956. We meet every Tuesday 7-830pm at the Kiwanis buildings (524 Filmore St) in Newbrugh, IN.

A few of the scouts from Troop 305 just completed NYLT. National Youth Leadership Training is Scouting America’s top leadership training for scouts who are 13-18 and at least 1st Ckass rank. They went through a grueling week of intense outdoor training in the heat and learned some amazing leadership skills. I am so very proud of all of these boys and the renewed energy they are bringing back to the unit. If you know of any boys that are between 6th grade and 17 years old and would like to learn more and have fun, please join us at the Newburgh Kiwanis building (524 Filmore St) every Tuesday evening 7pm- 830pm

Lukas Robinson made the call for help and a few of the members from Troop 305 answered the call. Lukas is in the middle of his Eagle project which was to lead a team in building a bridge on one of the trails at Interlake SRA. Under his leadership, the team came together and completed the project amidst the rain and mud. A well laid out plan helped to make the project successful. Great job to Lukas and the members of Troop 305 that were able to come out and help.
