Newburgh Neighbors was able to donate food this morning to a local school for weekend food packs that go home with kids. This is a program at our local schools that makes sure children have access to food while not at school. Wonderful program that our program is blessed to be able to help with ❤️
We will be supporting local schools again this fall. Please reach out if you’d like to donate and/or help put packs together next school year.

🇺🇸 2026 Freedom Trail Flag Sponsorships Are Now Available! 🇺🇸

Honor a Veteran or Active Service Member in a meaningful and beautiful way along the downtown Newburgh riverfront.

For just $50, you can sponsor an American Flag bearing a personalized tag with the name of the Veteran or Service Member you wish to honor.

Flags will proudly wave along the Ohio Riverfront in downtown Newburgh at least four times in 2026:
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Veterans Day

The sight of these flags lining the Ohio River view creates a powerful and moving tribute that is appreciated by everyone who walks the Rivertown Trail or drives through our quaint river town. It’s truly a breathtaking display of patriotism and gratitude.

Even better — proceeds benefit Newburgh Neighbors, a residential grant program helping homeowners within the Newburgh town limits.

Need help… if anyone (in the Downtown Newburgh area) needs or knows of a neighbor who needs some help during this winter storm, reach out here.
Reminder…. This program is set up to help with the needs in “The Town of Newburgh” limits. Not the overall Newburgh area. We know it gets confusing. The Town of Newburgh is located in the general Historic Downtown Newburgh area.

Need a car pulled out, help with clearing of a driveway or sidewalk for someone who can’t, need to get somewhere (work or appointment) we have volunteers who can help

Can’t say enough about this wonderful group of serving hearts. ❤️ They spent their Saturday morning helping a lady in Downtown Newburgh with her yard. What a difference serving others can do in our communities. Not only for those being helped but also for those serving. Both are gaining blessings. Thank you Kellygreen Lawn Maintenance for donating your time and equipment.
