The club was established to welcome ladies who are new to Newberry County. If you have been a resident for four years or less, or have recently returned to Newberry, we welcome you to join us at our meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at 10:00 am. What a beautiful day at our last Newberry Newcomers meeting!
We had such a wonderful time gathering at the Living Water Foundation Community Garden.

The setting was peaceful, the weather was crisp, and the fellowship was truly special.

From exploring the garden beds to enjoying great conversations and laughter, it was a refreshing way to spend the morning together.

It is always such a blessing to connect with both familiar faces and new friends.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this gathering so meaningful. Moments like these are what Newberry Newcomers is all about.

🌟 Join Us for Our Next Newberry Newcomers Meeting! 🌟

We are excited to invite you to our next meeting on Wednesday, February 18th at 10:00 am at Holland Hall on the campus of Newberry College.

📍 Location:
Holland Hall, Newberry College
2100 College St, Newberry, SC 29108

Our speaker will be Angela Reid, Director of Alumni Relations, who will share information about the college and then lead us on a short campus tour. Afterward, those who are interested may join us for lunch at the cafeteria.

🚗 Parking Information:
Please park in the lot behind the football stadium on College Street. As you exit your car, you will see Holland Hall, a beautiful red brick building with white columns and a portico. Follow the sidewalk past the stadium gates, around the fountain, and up to the steps leading to Holland Hall. Walk up the steps and enter through the doors. Angela will meet us inside.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Newberry College, enjoy fellowship, and connect with friends both new and familiar. We look forward to seeing you there!

What a lovely time at our recent tea outing with Newberry Newcomers! ☕🍰

These photos say it all. Smiles, sweet treats, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful fellowship made this gathering truly special. It was such a joy to spend time together, share conversations, and create sweet memories.

Thank you to all the ladies who joined us and made this outing so enjoyable. Moments like these remind us why this group is so special. We look forward to many more gatherings filled with friendship and laughter!

Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who braved the weather and joined us for our monthly Newberry Newcomers meeting at Genesis Hub!

We had such a great turnout, and everyone truly had a blast. It was a fun morning filled with good conversation, laughter, and fellowship.

We are so thankful for each of you and look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!

Plan to arrive a few minutes early if you’d like to enjoy a cup of coffee, a warm scone, or browse the shop before the meeting begins promptly at 10:00 am.

After our meeting, those interested are invited to join us for lunch at Laila’s Place, located at 1213 Main Street. It’s a wonderful way to continue the fellowship and conversation!

Our mission is to welcome newcomers to Newberry, provide helpful information, and promote fellowship among women. This event is for ladies only.

We look forward to seeing you there and wrapping up the year together in good company!

🌟 Join Us for the Next Newberry Newcomers Meeting! 🌟

📅 Date: Wednesday, November 19th
🕙 Time: 10:00 am
📍 Location: Newberry Hospital
2669 Kinard Street
Newberry, SC 29108

We’ll begin in the hospital lobby. When you enter through the main driveway, you’ll find several parking lots available.

You may park anywhere except for the spaces reserved for oncology patients. Handicap parking is located at the front right-hand side.

Enter through the main doors under the canopy, and we’ll meet in the lobby at 10:00 am before heading to a classroom for our meeting.

Be sure to stop by the Gift Nook, they have some adorable Christmas décor this time of year!

After the meeting, we’ll take a guided tour of the hospital, and for those interested, we may also visit the Wellness Center next door, it’s just a short walk across the parking lot.

The cafeteria will be open for lunch from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, buffet-style, for anyone who would like to stay and enjoy a meal together.

Our mission is to welcome newcomers to Newberry, provide helpful information, and promote fellowship among women. This event is for ladies only.

We look forward to seeing you there for a morning of learning, connection, and community!

What a fantastic morning with Newberry Newcomers!

We had a wonderful mix of new and familiar faces at our first gathering of the year. Mayor Foster Senn gave us an insightful talk about the manufacturing growth in Newberry and how the town’s revitalization began with the renovation and marketing of the Opera House.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Tropical Smoothie Café. By far, the YMCA has been one of the best meeting locations we’ve had!

Thank you to everyone who came out today – here’s to more fellowship, learning, and fun this year with Newberry Newcomers!

The time has come to resume our Newberry Newcomers meetings, and we’re kicking off the year with an exciting gathering!

We are excited to welcome Newberry Mayor, Foster Senn, who will be our speaker.

This event is for ladies only. Our club’s mission is to welcome newcomers to our area, provide helpful information, and promote fellowship among women.

Annual dues are $15.
