McMillan Lodge #400 F&A Masons (Newberry Michigan)

Just finished Grand Lodge. It's the 200th year of Freemasonry in Michigan, 11 years before Michigan became a state.

Over the next year , McMillan Lodge #400 will be reaching out to others in our community to help show what Freemasonry does for the community and for the men of the community.

There will be future communications about events at the Lodge to show that Freemasonry is important.

For men looking for more meaning in their lives and looking to be involved in their community in a positive way, please message the Lodge.

Past Master Dave Edie presented MM Hal Taylor with McMillan Lodge #400 Mason of the Year.

Hal has been instrumental in making sure the Bike for Books program is there for the schools we donate to.

We only have 75 10 # bags this year for $15 each.

Newberry Area PTO recently held a fundraiser by selling temporary tattoos that teachers and staff would wear. The Newberry Masons provided a gas card from Circle K to the winning teacher or staff.

Congratulations Jami Raymond for having the most tattoos to wear, 22.

Today, the world lost an incredible man and Prince Hall Mason.

Brother Jesse Jackson, 33°, a member of Harmony Lodge No 88 PHA IL, was a champion of the civil rights movement and an inspiring reverend and politician.

He was a true embodiment of Masonic values, fighting for a just society and a better tomorrow. Thank you, Brother Jackson, for all you’ve done.
